Spectrum Construction is headquartered in Mesa, Arizona with branch offices in California and New Mexico. We are a full-service general building contractor combining complete architectural/design services with construction/building expertise - creating a turnkey experience for the owner.

We specialize in Design-Build projects for commercial ground-up construction, tenant improvements, facade remodels, and major renovations. Spectrum Construction builds and renovates retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, car dealerships, business complexes, and shopping centers. More than half of our work is done on a Design-Build basis - with both principals starting from the ground up.

Utilizing our own in-house architectural staff allows us to develop construction documents on an as-needed basis... and that's just the beginning. Spectrum Construction gets involved in each project at all levels. From concept to design development to construction documents, all the while working closely with the client and architects to ensure that quality work is completed on time and on budget.
